With the strong possibility of yet another Luas strike planned for Easter and the possibility of Dart drivers striking too we want to share a few hints and tips to help you get through the disruption hassle free.
- Rush hour is crazy busy: demand was up 25% from 7.30am – 9.30 am on strike days so it’s worth changing your travel times if you can
- More cars = more traffic: traffic chaos in Dublin! Journey times are longer – so make sure to leave earlier than usual
- Clever commuters pre-book their NRC Taxi: 40% more of you got organised in advance and pre-booked your morning NRC Taxi during the strike period. If you’re planning on pre-booking again though – do it quick as capacity is limited!
So fellow travellers – enjoy the festivities of Paddy’s Day and Easter and keep these tips in mind and you’ll get to where you are going with as little hassle as possible!
